Barrel Wine Rack: Before and After

This was my most challenging decorating makeover yet. Usually I pick objects that I can picture their updated 'look' in my head. This wine rack my Mom picked out so I really had to think about it for a while. I love the end result but for a while I didn't know if this would be my first crash and burn project!

Harlequin Box

I bought this box at a thrift store because it had good bones and I liked the frame on the front. The knobs came from a second hand hardware store in Bellingham called the ReStore. The front metal piece I made using a metal working kit I just got from my Mom.
